You may or may not know I am mad about kayaking, I got the bug a few years back and I have it bad.  Anyway this post is about a paddling pal of mine called Sonja Ewen who has just started circumnavigating Ireland with her friend Eila Wilkinson. They are both trying to raise money for the homeless, Sonja for Focus Ireland and Eila for Digartref, I am sure any support would be much appreciated.
